AI Office: connect your own ChatGPT or Claude with FCC
AI Office connects personal AI with authorised FCC context for briefings and drafts. Availability depends on your account and gradual introduction.
AI Office is being introduced gradually. Check after signing in which capabilities are available for your account. It connects your personal ChatGPT or Claude with selected FCC information to prepare briefings, plans and drafts.
Your AI remains your general assistant
Connecting FCC does not change the underlying model or your existing memory and instruction settings. You can continue asking general questions and exploring other subjects. When an FCC tool is called, data handling depends on its function and authorised access.
Private access requires signing in and confirming the connection. FCC receives data sent to the called tool within that tool’s function. Retrieved FCC information becomes part of your conversation with the chosen AI provider and is subject to its settings and terms. Reading a public article does not grant private access.
Briefings and plans need actual context
Ask for a morning briefing, personal plan or weekly review. A useful answer connects available goals, programme steps, tasks and your time. Calendars and other external sources require separate authorised connections.
Scheduling is possible only if your chosen AI tool supports scheduled tasks with connected tools. It requires separate setup and verification. An instruction does not activate a schedule. Missing information should be identified rather than replaced by invented obligations or events.
Move from a personal question to a reviewed draft
For CC figures, source, period and freshness matter. Personal targets and planning scenarios remain separate from confirmed figures. Aggregate CC information does not identify individual purchases, orders or customers.
AI can prepare a message draft, a short video script, weekly content topics or an agreed follow up. Review the text, adapt it to the person and choose what to save. Saving a draft does not send a message, publish content, confirm a sale or change official business data.
What a morning with AI Office can look like
For example, ask what fits the twenty minutes available today. Review a few priorities and choose one message and your current step, rather than accepting another disconnected list of obligations.
After a conversation, ask for a reflection or improve your reply. Profile analysis uses your manually entered metrics from your own native view or export and compares the same platform and time window. Connecting FCC does not provide general automatic access to social networks.
New capabilities have a visible stage of introduction
Contacts from photographs, the additional AI view of your own permitted team and personal AI product recommendations are in a limited internal trial, currently unavailable to other partners. Status checked on 27 October 2026.
You can revoke the connection to stop future access to FCC data. This does not delete conversation history with your AI provider. Use authorised context, respect the permitted team scope and review content before sharing it with other people.
Practical questions
Will connecting FCC change my AI for general questions?
Connecting does not change the underlying model or existing memory and instruction settings. Your AI remains available for general subjects. Data exchange with FCC depends on the called tool’s function and authorised access.
Can AI approve and publish its own draft?
When preparing a reply, AI saves only a draft in FCC. If the function supports sending, you review, personally confirm and send the exact displayed text. Saving a draft does not publish it.
